The July edition of the Orient Travel and Malaysia Truly Asia stableford was played under blisteringly hot conditions from the challenging back tees at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club.
First-time winner Neil Hamp Adams was delighted after bagging the first spot with a total of 35 points. Second place went to Scottish golfer William Neilson who scored a steady 33 playing from a 19 handicap, Willy also finished extremely strongly knocking his approach shot to the par 3 3rd hole to 10 feet and walked away with the nearest the pin prize. The third position went to ever improving golfer Julek Szczawinski who scored a steady 32.
Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club once again would like to thank all the die-hard competitors who regularly support the club, but also the sponsors Orient Travel and Malaysia Truly Asia for their sponsorship of the ever-popular event.
